Kidz Kollege – Summer 2016
Fresh Start has several Kidz Kollege classes scheduled for this summer. We would like for parents to use an online form to sign up their children for classes this year. The breakout and schedule of classes are listed below. The sign up form appears below the list of classes.
Classes have limited availability, so this page will be updated daily to show remaining spaces open.
Fill in the requested information on the form and submit. The completed form will be emailed to the church office. If you would like an email confirmation of your submission, please make sure to add your email address to the form. If you have 2 or more children, please complete one form for each child.
Simply press ‘F5‘ on your keyboard or the ‘Reload Page‘ icon in the address bar, and a new blank form will appear.
