What is Wellness? Is wellness really attainable for the average person?
Yes it is attainable for the average person?
Yes, it is possible to reach a state of wellness that is just right for
you, the wholeness for which you were created. True wellness involves four
areas of life: body, mind, spirit, and relationships.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NLT)
Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who
lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself,
for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your
body.

Come and join us every June for a six week wellness class.
Discover how to find the inner peace and self-acceptance that you seek.
There is no such thing as perfect wellness.
Wellness is dynamic and uniquely defined by each individual. It changes
with age, time and sometimes with circumstances, as in situations when
someone my have a terminal illness you still have a profound sense of
wellness. Your sense of wellness will be uniquely your own, your own
wellness can really only be defined for you. Hopefully this class will
help you find your sense of wellness.

We use light weights, resistance bands, and Resist-a-balls to accomplish a
total body workout.
Routines are easy for those just starting, yet challenging enough for
those who need more. The program is designed so that you can join us
anytime. Age is not a factor! Our group consists of a wide range of ages.
Twice-a-week sessions can halt bone loss, improve balance, control weight,
and energize you with higher metabolism and stronger muscles.
Studies have shown that resistance or strength training is an essential
element in any fitness program, along with aerobics to strengthen the
heart and lungs and exercise for flexibility.

If you are tired of old traditional exercises then you can change things
for fitness with Zumba exercises. Zumba exercise is basically fusion of
international and Latin music which can create fun and it is very
effective fitness workout as well. There is different tempo and beat of
every song with different intensity and you have to dance in different
ways with these songs. This workout is very effective for fat and calorie
burning. This is basically a dance exercise which can create lots of fun.
You can burn about 500 to 1000 calories can be burnt with this exercise in
one hour session.
Zumba exercise can help you to decrease body fat at greater rate as
compared to aerobic or cardiovascular exercises.
